Better quality with a Top Down DLP 3D printer

Kobus du Toit

We spent alot of time on Gizmetor and on the printer to be able to print the wristband using the Fun To Do Standard blend.

Problems

- Gizmetor didn't have hotspot compensation built in yet so the display time had to be high enough to print all the parts of the wristband. This meant that there was still over exposure of the layers.

Solutions

- Configure hotspot compenstation

- Might be a good idea to try this using Industrial blend

- Could also maybe add more pigment to allow finer prints
