Compensate for the projector hotspot in a DLP 3D Printer (part 1)

We started printing a scale Toyota engine (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:644933). The first print was without hotspot compensation enabled. Not all of the parts printed, because the display time was too low for parts to be printed on the border of the projection area. We then enabled compensation, but with many of the parts being round and the hotspot compensation used big boxes the current hotspot compensation was just not good enough.

We rewrote the hotspot compensation and we then had to calibrate it for the build plate. With the new compensation it is possible to print up to the corners of the projection area reliably
