Resin 3D Printing Use Case: Figurines

IT ALL STARTED WITH A DREAM Gizmo 3D customer Peter's dream is to resin 3D print and paint figurines like the ones pictured above to sell as a side hustle. Figurines like these are commonly used to play games with like Warhammer or Dungeons and Dragons. The 3D model is privately owned by Peter and not one that we can share. BARRIERS TO SUCCESS In order to achieve his dream, he needs high-resolution resin 3D printing results. Unfortunately he's not in a position to buy a high-quality resin 3D printer, so he looked into the cost of getting it printed through a resin 3D printing service. Another 3D printing service quoted him $30 per print. At that price, Peter wouldn't be able to sell the figurines for enough profit to make his dream feasible. He then contacted us and asked if we could do a test print to see if the Gizmo 3D Printers would be suitable to print these and similar models. We printed the figurine at 25 micron Z resolution and 58 micron XY. Peter then painted it - the result is amazing!

HOW WE CAN HELP The Gizmo 3D printers are ideal for this job - small manufacturing runs, which we are also open to providing as a printing service. As a resin 3D printing service that uses Gizmo 3D printers, we were able to quote Peter a much lower price and faster delivery time than the other 3D printing service that quoted him $30 per print. Being top-down DLP 3D printers, the printing process on Gizmo 3D Priners is vastly more cost-effective, reliable and low maintenance compared to other resin 3D printers.
Ours is also capable of much faster printing speeds and available in larger build volumes than most competitor machines in the market. This allows us or any resin 3D printing service that uses Gizmo 3D printers to produce larger quantities of prints rapidly.
ROOM TO GROW Once Peter's business idea obtains traction and enough income, he will be able to invest in a Gizmo 3D Printer of his own.
We look forward to working with you on this dream of yours Peter! _____
