First items with a Top Down DLP 3D printer

We printed a tiny Eiffel Tower of about 60mm tall and a wristband as the first items. This was printed with a very early version of Gizmetor and a very early version of the proto type printer. Gizmetor has been upgraded alot since then to allow much finer detail.

Problems

- We displayed each layer for too long. When you look at the wristband you will see the holes are almost closed. This was because of over exposure. It did make the wristband very strong, but it isn't how the design looked

- The Z ballscrew on the prototype printer is bent. When we fitted the bearings to it we sanded off the ends to get the bearings in and while we were doing it we treated the ballscrew rather badly.
